Original broadside issued by Harold Monro’s Poetry Bookshop as part of his second series of rhyme sheets, illustrated by Claud Lovat Fraser. The broadside features an anonymous Renaissance lyric, now attributed to Thomas Ford: “Cupid is winged and doth range, / Her country so my love doth change: / But change she earth, or change she sky, / Yet I will love her till I die.” Woolmer B2:4. A fine example.
